My mind says go run but my stomach says foods!

Recently I started to cook what I want to eat,
Last time, I made
Puding karemal,
Trifle,
Oregano Vegy,
Roll sandwich,
Kastard,

and I wish the owner of the rental house provide us with stirring tool and oven so that I can bake
oreo cheese cake,
bread,
cupcakes,
cream,
Pizza,
Grill lamb,
and all the food that I like most.

Yada yada yada, I've read this one article about diet things, it stated that if you want to eat calories more than your body needed, you need to exercise at least 30mins perday.

and yes, I skip my run at evening almost every day as cooking took me more than 1 hour to finish it. I tried to have my dinner 4 hours before I off to sleep  :D
